Reva Grey Authorized Retailer Terms & Conditions

Retailer Application

We appreciate your interest—we’re excited for your customers to express themselves in the sophisticated grace and artisan style of Reva Grey! To apply to become an Authorized Reva Grey Retailer, please provide a completed Retailer Application online HERE and provide a copy of your company resale license issued by the state in which you operate. 

Once we receive your application, we’ll reach out to confirm your status as a Reva Grey Authorized Retailer and send your website login credentials, after which you can begin placing orders!

Minimum Order

Reva Grey requires a $500.00 opening order minimum and a $300.00 minimum re-order. 

Payment Options

Payment is processed at the time of ordering. Reva Grey accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Shipping

We care about your inventory needs and will work to fill your order as soon as we can. Orders typically ship within five to seven business days, primarily via USPS and UPS. Expedited shipping is available upon request.Once your order is received, please review the order for accuracy. Return Policy

We want you and your customers to be happy with the products you purchase from Reva Grey. If you are not satisfied, please let us know at wholesale@revagrey.com. If your order did not meet your expectations, it can be exchanged or returned for a refund within 14 days of the receipt of the shipment. All returned items must be unused, unwashed, in new condition, have tags attached and be in the original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. 

Retail Pricing

Reva Grey requires Authorized Retailers to sell products at or above the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Failure to comply with the Reva Grey pricing policy may result in removal of Authorized Retailer status.

Selling Venues

As a Reva Grey Authorized Retailer, you may sell Reva Grey products in your physical storefront(s) and on your own company branded website. You may not sell Reva Grey products on any third-party website (sites such as Amazon or eBay), or through any third-party physical storefront.
